1 oz KAS
3/4 oz Laird’s Apple Brandy
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 dashes of orange bitters
4-5oz of a dry hard cider
Shake all ingredients except cider.
Double- strain onto fresh ice and top with hard cider.
Garnish with clove-studded lemon wheel
