Recipe

1 oz KAS Krupnikas
1 oz Owney’s Rum
0.5 oz Amaro Nonino
0.5 oz lemon
0.75 coconut cream
1 egg white
5 drops Bittermen’s Tiki bitters
Dry shake all ingredients, add ice and wet shake until foamy.
Double strain into chilled coupe.

A flip traditionally uses the whole egg…so we cheated but
this creamy concoction is delicious enough to make you forgive and forget.
